My husband and I went to San Jose del Cabo in March, 2017. We stayed at The Hyatt Zivas resort. During our stay, I drank the same alcohol drinks everyday. Last day there, after a few drinks by the pool, I woke up with my head down on an outdoor table, alone, with a man sitting across from me. He commented, with a worried look, that he was wondering if I was okay. I have no idea how long I was there, how I got there and I was embarrassed and just sat there, too afraid to get up in front of him. I was clearly intoxicated and eventually got the nerve to walk back to my room. I told my husband something was wrong and felt like I was drugged. I was very sick, vomiting violently for the next hour. I know something was wrong with my drinks. How do you report something like this when you know you would be looked at like you just drank too much. I shared story with my friend when I got home. She informed me the same had happened to her on a visit to Mexico. She's too became so drunk her husband had to carry her to room. The only thing that was different about my drink ordering was where and how I ordered. On this particular day, I ordered from waiter at the adult pool bar. Normally, I went to bar and got our drinks myself and observed them pouring drinks. Something is definitely not right and will never go back to Mexico.
