For many years I've known there was a problem in Mexico with alcohol in drinks. I went to Mexico many years ago as a high school student with a church group. One particular day our tour went way long and we ran out of water. For a few hours we had nothing to drink, except a couple who drank the water and paid the price! We finally came across a stand serving lemonade. We were all so excited. I was one of the last to get mine and I was becoming suspicious that the drinks might be alcoholic because of kids were acting. I ordered one for me and my sister making sure that I told him no alcohol. I watched him closely but he hid the drinks for just a minute. Sure enough, as I drank mine, I could tell there was quite a lot of alcohol in my drink. Mind, no one in the group, except the leaders, were out of high school. Yet every one was served lemonade with alcohol.
