My significant other and I just got back from Mexico we stayed at the Allegro Playacar in Aug 2017. Upon arrival at 6pm we checked into our hotel and decided to head to the pool, my boyfriend ordered a fruity mixed drink and I asked for a Pina Colada and specifically asked for the Captain Morgan rum that was behind him, the bartender pulled out a bottle with sharpie marker written on and made my drink, I took a small sip and advised him that was not the Captain Morgan rum I requested and asked him what that was and he said it was rum, I handed it back to him and told him it tasted awful and ordered a can of beer instead, my boyfriend on the other hand finished his drink and had 1 more and we had a shot of tequila and decided to head to bed as we were up since 3am, my boyfriend has a tendency to talk in his sleep and I didn't think anything of it until he started acting very strange and turned over in a force and sliced his hand on their fresh cut glass top that covered a bedside table, neither one of us were aware how badly he was bleeding until we turned on the light and about this time security came to the door and that is when the nightmare began, the manager came to our room as well as the hotel security and we kept telling them that he cut his hand on their table, well they called the police on us and sent me to a separate hotel room which I was never told why we were being separated, the police came and wanted me to write a false report and have him thrown in jail and I refused and they then went to him and wanted him to write a false report and send me to jail and the whole time we kept stating to them he cut his hand on their tabletop. Finally, they let us get some rest I still had no idea what they did with him. The next morning the manager came to my room and told me I had 1 hour to leave the property, I told her we just got here last night and he cut his hand on your property and you are going to kick us out?! I asked for a refund and she refused. An hour later she came back and told me I could stay but he had to leave the property and I begged her to please let us stay, she then left again and returned and said we could stay but we would have to pay $200 for the blood damage which I thought was insane, she finally let me see my boyfriend and he didn't remember anything from the night before and his hand was still bleeding profusely, the manager then came to our room and said we could stay but they were taking away our all inclusive rights and I questioned as to why and she said because he cut himself, I asked if we would get a partial refund and she said no. For the next several days were followed, harassed and they would go through our room looking for alcohol when we were not there since we then opted to just stay off the property as much as possible to avoid them. Upon checkout they wanted to recharge me $200 for the damages that I was already forced to pay in cash, when I refused they called security who threatened to call the police, I just wanted to get back to the USA and let them charge my card and I have been trying to dispute it with Chase but they wont do anything.
